Description

23 yr old female, para 1+0 Gravida 2 at 13 weeks gestation with metastatic colon adenocarcinoma post 6 cycles of first line treatment with capecitabine and oxaliplatin. The patient has disease progression (radiological and laboratory-rising CEA levels), with KRAS mutation on exon 2 and 3 not detected.
