Description
67 year old male on follow up for BPH since 2014. Had an incidental gall bladder mass on ultrasound in February 2021. Post laparoscopic cholecystectomy in May 2021. Histology: Gall Bladder moderately differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma biliary type with positive cystic duct and serosal margins.
Objectives
To discuss the role of tumor markers in the diagnosis and management of gall bladder cancer
Optimal imaging modalities in investigating gall bladder masses.
Optimal management for the patient
