Description
a 14 year old with left fore arm swelling for 10 months. Excisional biopsy done showed features suggestive of alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Physical examination revealed trochlear, deltoid, axillary and supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
Objectives
To discuss the diagnostic approach to soft tissue masses
To discuss the pathologic diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma.
To discuss the staging and risk stratification of rhabdomyosarcoma.
Discuss the treatment options for our patient.
