Description
A 26-year-old male with left scrotal swelling for 3 years. Post left orchidectomy in May 2021. Dx: Stage IV Invasive Carcinoma IHC pending. Post cycle 1 of chemotherapy; with complications of Acute Kidney Injury, Pancytopenia. The patient passed on 3 weeks post-admission.
