A 31-year-old male diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after presenting with 1 year history of left nasal blockage and recurrent nose bleeding. Post rigid nasal endoscopy and biopsy Histology Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, infiltrating undifferentiated nonkeratinizing type AE1/AE3 positive, CD45 negative, Chromogranin negative Staging cT1N2M0 (stage III) Treatment naive
