Multidisciplinary tumor board discussion on rectal cancer

Description

A patient diagnosed with rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma in February 2020 and underwent surgery. Histology of surgical specimen showed positive margins with Lymphovascular invasion. Pathologic stage pT4N1. Patient was lost to follow up after surgery thus did not receive any adjuvant treatment. Currently presents with widespread metastases to the liver and lungs.
